Wherever possible we source our food locally. Deeside has an excellent selection of shops who can guarantee low food miles and other key welfare standards. It also tastes fantastic too!
The exact source of produce used at breakfast, in room trays and in packed lunches/platters varies depending on what looks best to us on the day – we’d be happy to talk through exactly where today’s food originated from.
